Hello and welcome to All My Springs!

My name is Mary, I’m a wife to my handsome hubby of five years and mother of two ridiculously cute kiddos. In addition to serving my family as a stay-at-home mom, I’ve also served on staff for Greensboro Pregnancy Care Center in North Carolina over the past five years as a Client Services Director, peer advocate, class facilitator, and communications and social media assistant.

I write a monthly column for Just18Summers.com, and have been a featured writer for IntheQuiver.com and Charisma Magazine. When not working, writing, or engaging in verbal jousting with my three-year-old, I enjoy serving on the leadership team for my local church’s college ministry, shooting basketball, or letting YouTube teach me how to crochet. (How did anyone ever learn ANYTHING before YouTube??)

I first started this blog about 7 years ago as a way to keep friends and family updated on my time working for CentriKid Camps. I was constantly traveling, and it was just so much easier to write about what was happening during my summers rather than making countless phone calls during my limited free time.

I’ve long since ceased working for CentriKid, but have found that I really enjoy writing, and so decided to keep the blog going. I generally write about the things I care most about – which includes my faith, my marriage, the sanctity of life, and my daily attempts at keeping tiny humans alive.

I chose the title All My Springs when I first started the blog. Psalm 87:7 says, “Singers and dancers alike say, ‘All my springs are in You.'” Psalm 16:2 echoes that verse by saying, “Apart from You I have no good thing.” I believe God is the only source of any real and lasting joy. Every good and perfect gift comes from Him, and my hope is to ultimately use this blog as a way to reflect on how that truth applies to the simple, everyday moments.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’ll stick around!
